Can the person I message see who I am?
No. They see your words, any voice notes, when you sent them and a random nickname. Never your name, email, phone number or IP address. Owners on Plus and Creator Pro can see a few hints, like the kind of phone and country, but never a name.
How does Mutual Reveal work?
Either person can ask. The other decides in private, and a name only shows if both say yes. Nobody can pay to see your name.
How does the voice mask work?
The mask is applied on your device before anything is sent, so the unmasked voice never leaves it. It makes a voice harder to recognise, not impossible.
What if someone is abusive?
Pause your link, block senders without learning who they are, close or delete conversations, and report them. Messages, replies, blocking and reporting are free on every plan.
