Why are prices lower on Piazam?
Piazam orders from manufacturers in China on your behalf, cutting out the importers and middlemen in between. That's how prices come in up to 60% below local retail.
How long does delivery take?
Sea takes 30 to 60 days and is free. Air takes 7 to 21 days, with the cost shown at checkout on products that offer it. Times are estimates: customs, public holidays and carriers can add time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every order needs at least GH₵200 of goods, counted before shipping, across your whole cart.
Is there a delivery fee?
Last-mile delivery is normally GH₵30 to GH₵100. The exact fee is set when your order arrives in Ghana, and you pay it from My Orders before the courier sets off.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Orders can't be cancelled once paid, and there are no change-of-mind returns. You do get a refund for shipping damage, a wrong item or a defect reported in time, or if your order is lost or can't be fulfilled.
