Piazam Points: a point for every cedi you spend

Every order you pay for on Piazam now earns Piazam Points. There's nothing to join and no card to carry: they're added to your account on their own.

One point for every cedi

You get 1 point for every GH₵1 of products in your order. A GH₵450 order earns 450 points.

A few details:

• Products count, fees don't. Shipping and delivery fees don't earn points.
• Discount codes come off first. If a code takes GH₵50 off a GH₵500 order, you earn 450 points.
• Sea or air, same points. How an item travels doesn't change what it earns.
• Whole points only. GH₵249.50 of products earns 249 points.

Every order has at least GH₵200 of products, so every order earns at least 200 points before any discount code.

Added when you pay, not when it arrives

Points land the moment your payment goes through. You don't wait for your parcel to see them: they're in your account while your order is still on its way.

• On your phone: the gift icon at the top of the page, once you're signed in
• On a computer: Piazam Points in your account menu
• On your dashboard: Points

Under Your points is your balance. Under History, each order's points are listed with its order number and the date.

What points are for

For now, you collect them. Rewards to spend them on are coming, and we'll announce them here on the blog. Every point you earn before then stays in your balance.
